Sensors that survive the field, installed by the people who build the system.

We supply and install measurement hardware for bridges, rivers, railways, plants, weather stations and farms — and integrate it end to end, from the mounting bracket to the dashboard alert. Every sensor listed here is one we specify, wire and commission ourselves.

How an installation runs

Four stages, one accountable party

Most sensor failures in the field are not sensor failures — they are mounting, cabling, earthing or power failures. We keep all four stages under one contract, so there is nobody to pass the blame to.

01

Survey & selection

We study the site and choose the measurement technique before choosing a part number.

  • Measurand, range and accuracy actually required
  • Mounting access, obstruction, span, water regime
  • Power and network availability
  • Interference sources — OHE, VFDs, radio masts
02

Supply

Sensors, loggers, gateways, enclosures, cable and mounting hardware supplied as one BOQ.

  • Bench-tested before dispatch, not drop-shipped
  • Brackets and clamps fabricated to suit the structure
  • GST invoice, datasheets, warranty documents
03

Installation & commissioning

Physical mounting, cabling, protection, configuration and live verification on site.

  • Shielded, glanded, correctly earthed cable runs
  • Surge and TVS protection on every field line
  • Zero/span calibration against a reference
  • Dashboard, thresholds and alert routing configured
04

Maintenance & AMC

The system is watched after handover — including systems installed by someone else.

  • Remote health monitoring and uptime reporting
  • Periodic recalibration and site visits
  • Spares held for critical channels
  • Defined response time under AMC

About these specifications: ranges and accuracies shown are typical for the class of instrument and indicate what we normally deploy. Exact make, model and certified specification are confirmed on the quotation against your site requirement — tell us your range and accuracy, and we will match the instrument to it rather than the other way round.

Why installation quality decides accuracy

Three things that break field sensors

A ₹1.5 lakh instrument on a bad bracket is a bad instrument. These are the failures we design out before they reach your site.

25 kV OHE & traction return

On railway bridges, induced voltage on long unshielded runs and traction return through the structure will corrupt readings and can latch up unprotected electronics. Shielded cable earthed at one end, TVS on every field line, isolated RS485 and a bonded enclosure are not optional extras here — they are the difference between a system that runs for years and one that hangs every few weeks.

The bracket is part of the instrument

A tiltmeter reads the bracket, not the pier. A radar level sensor reads whatever is inside its beam cone, including the parapet you mounted it too close to. Mounting geometry, rigidity and standoff are specified during survey and fabricated to suit the structure — because a ±0.001° instrument on a flexible bracket is a ±0.001° instrument measuring a flexible bracket.

Monsoon, dust & dead batteries

Most "sensor failed" calls after a monsoon are water in a gland, a corroded terminal, or a solar panel sized for clear skies. We size solar and battery for the worst consecutive overcast days at your latitude, use IP66/IP68 enclosures with downward glands and breather vents, and pot or seal field joints rather than taping them.

Not sure which sensor fits your site? Tell us what you need to measure — we will specify it.

Tell us the measurement, not the part number

Give us these details and we can usually quote the same working day. If you are unsure of any field, leave it blank and just write what you are trying to measure — that is enough to start.

Common questions

Before you send an enquiry

Do you supply sensors only, or installation as well?

Both. You can buy a single sensor or logger from us, and you can also hand us the complete SITC scope — survey, supply, mounting fabrication, cabling, commissioning, calibration certificate, dashboard integration and annual maintenance. Most of our work is the second kind, but we are glad to do the first.

Can sensors be installed near 25 kV railway overhead equipment?

Yes, and we do it regularly — but it changes the design. Long cable runs pick up induced voltage, traction return current flows through the structure, and unprotected electronics can latch up. We use shielded cable earthed at a single point, TVS and series protection on every field line, galvanically isolated communication, and properly bonded enclosures. If you have an existing system that keeps hanging near OHE, this is usually why.

Which output types and protocols do you support?

4–20 mA current loop, 0–10 V, RS485 Modbus RTU, SDI-12, pulse and dry contact, and vibrating wire. Our loggers and gateways can mix several of these on one site and present them as a single dataset. Upstream we can deliver over MQTT or Modbus TCP into your own server or SCADA instead of our cloud, if you prefer.

How is the data delivered and viewed?

Field sensors feed an edge logger or gateway, which forwards data over 4G or LoRa to the cloud. You get a web dashboard with charts, tabular data and downloadable reports, plus rule-based alerts by SMS, email or app notification — accessible from any phone, tablet or PC.

Do you provide calibration certificates and documents for tenders?

Yes. The handover package includes calibration certificates, test reports, as-built drawings, GST invoice and warranty documents. We can also help draft the technical specification section of a tender if you are on the procuring side.

What warranty and support do you offer?

Standard warranty on supplied hardware, with an optional annual maintenance contract covering remote health monitoring, periodic recalibration, site visits and a defined response time. We also take over maintenance of monitoring systems originally installed by other vendors.
